Bionoto is a Belgian company created by Benoît, a chemist with a passion for walking, swimming and yoga. After a PhD in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh (USA) and an international career in industry, he co-founded the Isodis Natura laboratory with David Servan-Schreiber in 2003. In particular, the latter created OM3, a benchmark in omega-3-based dietary supplements in France and Belgium.
Driven by a philosophy centered on nature, science and health, Laboratoire Optim today offers products certified by Inscert Partner thanks to a rigorous system of quality self-checking. A member of SEFIT (Spanish Society of Phytotherapy), the company promotes the rational use of plants for therapeutic purposes. In addition, its food supplements are registered with the Vegan Society, affirming its commitment to animal-free products.
Support from TSC
To meet Bionoto's specific needs, TSC implemented an Odoo-based ERP solution, along with key connectors to optimize sales and logistics processes:
Connecteur Odoo <> Shopify
- Synchronization of product files: product information is sent directly from Odoo to the Shopify e-commerce site.
- Order management: Orders placed on Shopify are automatically integrated into Odoo for seamless management.
Connecteur Odoo <> Effitrace
- Transmission of order preparation information: Orders validated in Odoo are sent to Effitrace, used by the logistics provider to prepare shipments.
- Receipt tracking: Information on product arrivals from the factory is transferred to Odoo via Effitrace.
These integrations enable Bionoto to centralize and automate its operations, reducing the risk of errors and improving efficiency.
Customization and logistics Our developers have integrated relay point options into Odoo, making delivery easier for end customers. We also introduced Bounce to the Belgian logistician BrainELogan e-commerce specialist using WMS Effitraceto which Odoo is connected via a connector developed by TSC.
