Bounce: Innovating for Sustainable Sport with TSC and Odoo

Bounce is the story of three tennis and padel enthusiasts who decided to take action to make their sports more sustainable. Seeing the environmental impact of millions of used balls, Antoine, Maxime and Greg created Bounce with a clear objective: to reduce waste while offering quality products to players and clubs.

To make their project a reality and structure their growth, they needed an efficient, intuitive ERP system. TSC, as an experienced Odoo integrator, became the trusted partner to accompany Bounce on this ambitious adventure. Working hand in hand, we implemented Odoo to centralize their activities, harmonize their processes and support them in their vision.


Our support

Centralized sales : Bounce sells its products via Shopifyand on marketplaces such as that of Decathlon. To centralize their sales and optimize their management, we have connected their Shopify site to Odoo, trained their team to use the sales module for BtoB, and are finalizing Odoo's connection to marketplaces.

Accounting management For accounting purposes, Odoo is used to its full potential. From the creation of customer invoices to the encoding of supplier invoices via OCR, via payment lettering and VAT declaration, everything is integrated. For this part, the Novafid - a 100% Belgian, 100% Odoo-based fiduciary - takes over, ensuring optimal accounting management in line with legal requirements.

Customization and logistics Our developers have integrated relay point options into Odoo, making delivery easier for end customers. We also introduced Bounce to the Belgian logistician BrainELogan e-commerce specialist using WMS Effitraceto which Odoo is connected via a connector developed by TSC.

With 99% of their orders now automated, Bounce can focus on its main objectives: developing sales, expanding distribution channels and continuing to innovate for a greener sport.
