Background & Mission
For a long time, Boulemberg had been operating with different systems, without perfect integration and communication. With a new generation of the family joining the company, the timing was right to embark on a digital transformation project.
Challenges
The main challenge of the project was to make the CHACAL business software essential to the chassis manufacturing process at Boulemberg communicate with Odoo. In addition to CHACAL, Boulemberg uses other software, notably for machine control on the production line.
The Odoo ERP implementation project was an opportunity for Boulemberg to rethink its internal processes and reorganize certain functions, notably accounting and purchasing.

The solution
Thanks to the implementation of the Odoo system, Boulemberg has undergone a radical transformation of its operations.
The CRM module has enabled more fluid and structured customer management, promoting better customer relations and centralized communication.
Quotations and purchase orders are now generated automatically, reducing lead times and errors. Production orders are controlled directly from the central software, enabling real-time monitoring of the various production stations.
Accounting and billing have been seamlessly integrated, providing a clear view of the company's financial health.
Purchasing management is now centralized, enabling rigorous monitoring of receipts, stocks and suppliers.
