Cristo optimizes its management with Odoo: phase 1 successfully deployed!

At TSC, we had the pleasure of helping Cristo, a company specializing in the supply of premium coffee solutions for SMEs, to implement Odoo. Our aim was to centralize their operations and optimize their day-to-day management thanks to a high-performance ERP tailored to their needs.

Challenges and objectives

To meet Cristo's growing needs, TSC has implemented a series of customized solutions on Odoo, with a particular focus on :

  1. Accounting migration from Winbooks to Odoo :
    • Import company chart of accounts.
    • Import customers and suppliers not yet present in Odoo.
    • Import of customer and supplier balances (400000 and 440000 accounts).
    • Importing assets.
    • Import opening trial balance.
  2. Customized support :
    • Setting up quotation templates to optimize sales management.
    • Assistance with billing management.
    • Continuous improvement of the website for optimum user experience.
    • Subscription management for regular customers.
    • Post-migration follow-up and support to ensure a smooth transition.
