Background & Mission
As Novafid specializes in Odoo accounting, the company couldn't have chosen an ERP other than Odoo for its website and day-to-day management. TSC helped them implement their processes simply and efficiently.
The priority was to have a "business card" website that could generate leads directly linked to the CRM and quickly communicate the trustee's services.
Other Odoo applications were also implemented and slightly adapted to meet the specific needs of a fiduciary accountant. All company management had to be carried out in Odoo.
As the company was still young, it did not yet have a fully structured management structure and a fairly limited budget.
She wanted simple templates to quickly generate leads, communicate with customers and manage projects within pre-completed legal deadlines.
It also needed subscription-based billing management, as its customers pay a fixed monthly fee.
Challenges
The solution
We've created a modern showcase site that reflects Novafid's image and respects its graphic charter.
The website is currently a onepage, which will eventually be transformed into a more substantial site to showcase the different facets of Novafid's business and attract more prospects.
Novafid is gradually integrating other Odoo applications, such as Project, Sales, Signature, Invoicing, Timesheets, CRM, etc.
