Befloor and TSC: working together to make a fresh start with Odoo

Recently acquired, Befloor, a specialist in sustainable, FSC-certified luxury parquet, turned to The Service Company (TSC) to modernize and streamline its operations. Here's how TSC supported Befloor in this strategic transition.

Reorganizing logistics: a strategic choice

Before the takeover, Befloor managed all its logistics flows in-house, a time-consuming activity with little added value. On the advice of TSC, Befloor decided to outsource this crucial part of its business to BrainELog, a logistics specialist based in Wallonia.

To ensure perfect synergy between Befloor and BrainELogTSC has integrated the Odoo ERP, fully connected to the Effitrace WMS used by BrainELog. We developed a tailor-made connector between Odoo and Effitrace, enabling smooth, automated management of inventory and shipments.

Complete digitization with Odoo

Befloor's support didn't stop at logistics. TSC also :

• Implemented the Odoo accounting module, offering centralized, simplified financial management.
• Developed specifically to meet the needs of contractors working on large construction sites. Thanks to this feature, Befloor can create a global purchase order and organize progressive deliveries as the work progresses.

A new Odoo website

To complete this transformation, we designed and launched a fully integrated Odoo website, aligned with Befloor's premium image and sustainability values.
