At The Service Company, every project is above all a human adventure. The story of Gili Drinks is a fine example: that of a brand with a passion for well-being, tradition and taste, which we had the pleasure of helping to develop digitally on Odoo.

Gili drinks: a brand inspired by nature and roots

It all began with Enzo, gourmet chef and co-founder of Gili Drinks, whose love of natural elixirs stems from his childhood in Asia. His mother, a pharmacist, used to prepare daily shots of ginger to boost the family's immunity. From this tradition sprang a bold idea: to reinvent these drinks in a fun, tasty and, above all, 100% alcohol-free version.

Thus was born Gili Drinks, a brand that combines pleasure, health and innovation, with a range of drinks that "make hearts beat faster" - without a drop of alcohol, but with a whole lot of love.


The need: structure growth with the right ERP solution

Already Odoo users, the Gili Drinks team was looking for an expert partner to upgrade their digital infrastructure and better manage their e-commerce operations, logistics and accounting. It was against this backdrop that they turned to TSC.

Our mission: to migrate their database to the latest version of Odoo, then support them in optimizing their management workflows.

  • Migration to the latest version of Odoo : We began by updating their database to enable them to benefit from Odoo's latest features, while ensuring continuity of their operations without disruption.
  • Optimisation de la logistique et des stocks : L’un des enjeux majeurs pour Gili Drinks était la gestion des expéditions. Nous avons donc intégré le connecteur Sendcloud <> Odoo, qui permet de centraliser les transporteurs européens et de faciliter le choix du prestataire logistique directement depuis Odoo. Résultat : une gestion plus fluide, plus rapide et plus intuitive des envois.

    • Installed and configured Zebra label printers
    • Set up barcode scanners
    • Redefined warehouse organization, with optimized storage locations to speed up order picking

  • Accounting module enhancement: 
  • We supported Gili in the advanced configuration of Odoo's accounting module, to ensure better financial readability, rigorous tracking of flows and precious time savings for their team.

Conclusion

Thanks to this collaboration, Gili Drinks now has an up-to-date, high-performance Odoo database perfectly adapted to its business needs. The company has gained in operational efficiency, accounting clarity and logistical fluidity - all levers that enable them to concentrate on their mission: to spread well-being and joy, sip after sip.
