Benbo is a Belgian company specializing in the distribution of Dreamland products in the Benelux. In particular, they offer heated blankets and other cushions or mattress warmers to keep you warm in winter. Benbo currently offers its products to B2B customers via its e-commerce site and the Bol.com marketplace, but the company has many plans for 2024.

Challenges 

Benbo's owners have a wealth of experience in the sector, having previously run Asogem, which was sold in January 2023. However, Benbo was starting from a blank Odoo and wanted comprehensive support in setting up its activities and optimizing its processes. Numerous needs were identified for Benbo's visibility, after-sales support, business presentation, product management, connection with marketplaces, and so on. The company also wanted to optimize inventory management, deliveries, returns and replenishments. TSC helped Benbo meet all these challenges.

Solution 

We set up a simple website to present the activities and products of the Dreamland brand distributed by Benbo. 


An FAQ page has been developed for Customer Service, and several forms enable efficient interaction with new and existing customers. 


The Helpdesk application enables customers to submit a ticket in the event of a product problem. 


The Effitrace module has been implemented for optimum management of deliveries, returns and replenishments. 


We helped the company connect to the marketplace Bol .com marketplace.


For after-sales service, we worked on returns to track the rate of returns by model and analyze the reasons and types of customers who were making regular returns.
