What is Qualiopi certification?

Resulting from the law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future, the Qualiopi mark attests to the quality of the processes implemented by training organizations. Since January 1, 2022, it has been mandatory for accessing public or mutualized funding (OPCO, State, Regions, Pôle emploi, CPF...).

This certification is issued by bodies accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) on the basis of a national quality reference framework, comprising 7 rigorous criteria, covering among other things:

• Information provided to the public,
• Tailoring training courses to learners' needs,
• Effective teaching methods,
• Qualified trainers,
• Gathering and taking into account feedback from participants.
