Wattiz is a French distribution company whose business relies on a PrestaShop e-commerce platform and internalized logistics. To support its growth and professionalize its warehouse operations, the company deployed Odoo covering Sales, Purchasing, Invoicing, and WMS modules.

What had to be solved
Wattiz needed to structure its logistics operations (warehouses, locations, replenishment rules, picking, storage strategies, and rotational inventory management) while synchronizing its contacts and flows with its existing PrestaShop site, and improving supplier invoice tracking.
