Passionate about new technologies and with over 10 years' experience in the world of entrepreneurship, our founder and CEO, Arnaud Percy, has been at the origin of several successful projects, which have enabled him to become aware of the real challenges and obstacles facing companies in their growth today.
After having founded VR-Hut in 2018, one of the pioneering virtual reality entertainment centers in Walloon Brabant, Arnaud became aware of the need for companies to remain competitive with the help of digital technology. There are many challenges to be met: accompanying positive growth, meeting the demands of increasingly demanding customers and positioning oneself in the face of ever-stronger competition.
Supporting Belgian companies in their digitalization drive
Noting the common needs of companies in digitizing their processes via ERP, thinking about/executing a marketing strategy adapted to digital and strengthening their online presence, Arnaud decided to surround himself with experts in these fields and found TSC: The Service Company in 2019 to support his companies.
After a few months, Arnaud realized the strong demand for such services and they were quickly offered to external customers. He was soon joined by Valéry Jans and then Matthieu De Clercq, equally convinced of the added value of digital tools in the professional world and the need to contribute to the digital transformation of Belgian companies.
Since then, more than 20 experts have joined the TSC adventure to support the company's growth and contribute to the digital development of Belgian SMEs! In 2024, they decided to open an office in Paris. To do so, they teamed up with Rayane. In less than a year, the Paris office achieves silver status.
