Benbo is a Belgian company (Kontich) specialising in distributing Dreamland products across the Benelux: heated blankets, cushions and mattress warmers. The business runs on B2B, e-commerce and the Bol.com marketplace.

Challenge

Benbo's owners, experienced in the sector (formerly Asogem, sold in 2023), started from a blank Odoo. A complete setup had to be built quickly: online visibility, after-sales service, product presentation, marketplace connections, stock management, deliveries, returns and replenishment.

  • Odoo website: polished presentation of the business, e-commerce, FAQ and contact forms.
  • Helpdesk (Assistance): customers submit a ticket directly whenever there is a product issue.

Results

Benbo now has a single system to run e-commerce, the Bol.com marketplace, after-sales and logistics, with reporting that pinpoints the causes of returns so it can act on them — a reliable base to pursue its development projects.
