Context
JCX Gestion is the management and coordination subsidiary of the JCX group, active in residential and commercial real estate development in Belgium. The group brings together multiple entities (JCX Immo, JCMLA, LCEBE, Les Davids SRL, BHL), each with its own accounting and management scope.
Challenge
What had to be solved
The main complexity lay in the simultaneous accounting migration of multiple entities, their separation into distinct databases (split), the management of multi-company contacts (company field on contacts) and the configuration of personalized home pages per database. Custom development for adapting the Partner Ledger Report was also required.
Deployed solution
What TSC put in place
TSC led the accounting migrations of BHL, JCMLA, JCX Immo, LCEBE and Les Davids SRL to Odoo, managing the database split, homepage configuration and adaptation of the Partner Ledger Report. An electronic signature management module was also studied.
