Fix & Swap est un réseau belge de centres de réparation de smartphones et appareils électroniques. TSC a déployé Odoo pour couvrir le point de vente, la gestion de stock multi-magasins et la fabrication.
Context
Fix & Swap was relaunched to give electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs) a second life with values of sustainability and transparency. The network is present in several cities in Wallonia, including Wavre and Ath, and serves both individuals and businesses.
Challenge
What had to be solved
Odoo integration had to cover the entire operational chain: in-store point of sale, repair management (manufacturing), spare parts procurement, invoicing and inventory — all doubled with the opening of a second store in Ath with its own POS terminal and payment management.
Deployed solution
What TSC put in place
TSC implemented Odoo with Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Invoicing and Point of Sale modules. The opening of the Ath store was integrated into the scope with POS, inventory and associated payment method configuration. Initial data migration was performed to ensure continuity.

Fix & Swap now manages its entire shop network from a single Odoo instance, with a unified view of inventory, sales and repairs, regardless of location.
