Context
Founded in 2017 near Montreux, Phytocann became Europe's largest CBD producer in four years, with a production facility of over 10,000 m². The company markets under the Swiss Harvest brand a wide range of premium CBD products (infusions, oils, flowers) from Swiss organic cultivation, extracted solvent-free using supercritical CO₂.
Challenge
What had to be solved
Managing a complex product catalog with a dedicated «Brand» field, configuring units of measure for bulk items, implementing monthly accounting export in French format, and deploying the point of sale represented major functional challenges. Managing the default company in a multi-entity environment was equally critical.
Deployed solution
What TSC put in place
TSC added the Brand field to item records with associated list/kanban views and search bar, configured units of measure for bulk items, set up monthly accounting export in the format adapted for France, and deployed the Point of Sale module. Automatic weekly email reports were also implemented.
