Trifox E-shop

Context

TriFox is a Lisbon-based e-commerce brand. When they came to Mainsail, the team had product-market clarity but no operating system underneath - orders, stock and the online storefront - it all had to be build. 

We partnered with a marketing agency in Porto to develop their Brand ID and make sure the launch will be a real success.

TriFox had ambition but no backbone. Stock levels on the site didn't match reality in the warehouse. Orders were re-keyed by hand into whatever downstream tool needed them. Purchase orders were fired off from memory.

Ingezette oplossing

Wat TSC heeft opgezet

TSC Portugal (previously mainsail) deployed five native Odoo Enterprise apps - Website, eCommerce, Inventory, Purchase and Barcode - on a single Odoo Online instance, in two months from audit to go-live. 

Product master lives in Odoo; the e-shop reads from the same stock as the warehouse in real time. Purchase reorder rules trigger POs automatically off min/max thresholds. Every pick and pack is scanned via the Barcode app.
