Context

Clube Vela Atlântico is a sailing club on the Lisbon coast — hundreds of members on family memberships, a fleet of training and member-owned boats in dry storage, a sailing school, a clubhouse with a shop & bar, and its own marine fuel station. 

When CVA came to TSC (Mainsail), the ambition was clear: bring the whole operation into 2026 on a single ERP, with full accounting & AT localization - migrating from their existing outdated software and integrating the fuel POS system

· Geef leden een eigen self-service portaal (betalen, boeken, contracten bekijken)

· Houd AT-gecertificeerde facturering compliant via de Eclypsys / Toc-online connector

· Migrate van verouderde facturerings- en boekhoudingstools naar native Odoo Accounting met volledige PT-lokalisatie (SAFT-PT, ATCUD, QR-codes)

· Integreer — vervang niet — de bestaande Softpack brandstof POS

· Faseer het project zodat de club nooit meer dan een dag uitvalt tijdens het seizoen

Wat TSC heeft opgezet

Mainsail leads a 9-app Odoo Enterprise build (Members & Subscriptions, Invoicing, Website, Portal, Inventory for the boat fleet, Events for reservations, eCommerce, Clubhouse POS, Accounting) phased across two go-lives 

Family memberships are modelled natively via parent/child contact relationships, boat storage as inventory with allocation rules, reservations via Odoo Events with MB Way at checkout, and every litre of fuel posts to the same accounting record as a subscription or a shop order.

· Leden zelf bedienen 24/7 - betalen, boeken, contracten bekijken, info bijwerken

· Bootbeheer gemodelleerd als inventaris met live droogopslaguitzicht

· Reservations portal replaces WhatsApp - courses and spaces bookable online with MB Way at checkout

· Fuel POS integrated - every litre posts to the same books as a subscription

· Fase 1 go-live Juli 2026 (parallel met legacy voor 2 weken, dan echte cutover)

· Fase 2 go-live September 2026 (volledig systeem in productie)

· 4-partner ecosystem coordinated on one roadmap, with August closure used as a natural cooling-off pause

CVA is the case study for what Odoo can do for a members-based leisure business - where the challenge isn't one big module but the sheer breadth of workflows that used to live in separate tools or no tools at all. 

Nine apps, four partners, two phased go-lives, one summer pause, one operating system. The club steps into 2026 without breaking a single day of its peak season.
