Passionate about new technologies and with over 10 years of experience in the world of entrepreneurship, our founder and CEO, Arnaud Percy, is behind several successful projects, which allowed him to become aware of the real challenges and obstacles that companies can encounter today in their growth.
After founding VR-Hut in 2018, one of the pioneering virtual reality entertainment centers in Walloon Brabant, Arnaud became aware of the need for companies to remain competitive using digital technology. The challenges to be met are multiple: supporting positive growth, meeting the demands of increasingly demanding customers and positioning oneself in the face of ever-stronger competition.
Supporting Belgian companies in their digitalization drive
Noting the common needs of these companies, which were the digitalization of their processes via an ERP, the reflection/execution of a marketing strategy adapted to digital and the strengthening of their online presence, Arnaud decided to surround himself with experts in these fields and to found The Service Company in 2019 to support his companies.
After a few months, Arnaud realized the strong demand for such services and these were quickly offered to external clients. He was soon joined by Valéry Jans, also convinced by the added value of digital tools in the professional world and the need to contribute to the digital transformation of Belgian companies. Since then, more than 10 experts have joined the TSC adventure to support the growth of the company and contribute to the digital development of Belgian SMEs!
