Your role at TSC


As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Odoo, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching our team of Business Analysts. You will also be responsible for :

  • Coaching: Support and coach less experienced Business Analysts.
  • Project Management: Ensure complete follow-up of Odoo projects, from design to delivery.
  • Analysis and Strategy: Understanding and adapting Odoo solutions to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Sales support: Participate in the development of service offers.
  • Technical configuration: Parameterize and customize Odoo according to customer requirements.
  • Follow-up and execution: Manage the implementation and maintenance of Odoo installations.
  • Quality assurance: Organize and execute test phases to ensure product quality.
  • Training and Support: Provide support and functional training to end-users.
  • Customer loyalty: Building and maintaining relationships of trust with our customers.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand our services, particularly in the areas of Web and Digital Marketing.


Your profile


  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Odoo is an invaluable asset.
  • Degree in Business Management, IT Management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Fluency in French and good level of English. Dutch is a real plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills and team spirit.
  • You're in Belgium.
