Growth & Lead Generation Marketing Executive

Be the operational driving force behind our acquisition marketing. You will implement campaigns that generate qualified leads, feed the sales pipeline and strengthen TSC's visibility in its markets markets (ERP, digital services, B2B consulting).

You work closely with the Sales, Management and Consulting teams to align message, targeting and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns (inbound & outbound)
  • Manage emailing, nurturing and marketing automation actions
  • Produce or coordinate targeted content (landing pages, posts, guides, case studies...)
  • Organize and promote marketing events: webinars, live sessions, customer events... 
  • Build a lead-to-opportunity path with CRM and automated workflows
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend actions for improvement
  • Support TSC's brand and visibility in the ERP ecosystem and B2B services 

Skills required

  • Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation (agency, SaaS, IT , ERP...) 
  • Knowledge of Odoo and its marketing suite is a real asset. 
  • Ability to manage a complete campaign cycle: targeting, execution, tracking, optimization
  • Excellent writing skills in French and/or Dutch (mother tongue preferred); fluency in the other language is a strong asset, as is a good knowledge of English. 
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

  • Analytical mind, commercial sense, autonomy and willingness to learn
  • Additional languages
  • Experience with Google Adwords

What we offer

  • Full-time, open-ended contract (40h/week)
