NIETS, based in Belgium, is a producer of non-alcoholic drinks. 


Positioned in a fast-growing market, NIETS recently needed to equip itself with an integrated operational software package, from CRM to invoicing, tracking and reporting. accounting and outsourcing its logistics. 


The company's exponential growth required solid, integrated support for its internal operations, and that's where our Odoo consultancy comes in.





Background & Mission

Our mission began with a holistic audit of NIETS. 


The first step was to identify the operational gaps and understand the specific requirements of each department. Once this analysis was complete, we developed a bespoke roll-out plan. 


The implementation was carried out in stages, to ensure a smooth transition for all employees. We started with the CRM and invoicing module. Once in place, we integrated stock management and communication with external software used by the logistics service provider (Effitrace). Finally, accounting was integrated.

NIETS faced a number of challenges before implementing Odoo ERP.

One of the company's major challenges was the redundant manual encoding of different data on multiple platforms. This common practice consumed resources and time, and had the potential to cause errors. 


Visibility into operations, invoicing, accounting, prospecting and stock levels was not optimal at NIETS. The dispersal of information made it difficult to monitor and analyse data.


It was important for the company to be able to increase this visibility in order to be more effective in general and more responsive to opportunities in their sector.

NIETS is a fast-growing company and they quickly realised that an ERP like Odoo would be beneficial for smooth expansion. They were looking for a robust solution that would allow them to evolve, provide insights while remaining flexible. By putting solid procedures in place, the company can continue to grow efficiently.

The solution 

Today, thanks to the implementation of the Odoo system, NIETS is operating with unprecedented efficiency. 


The CRM enables them to monitor and optimise every customer/prospect interaction, and to gain visibility of the backorder and pipeline. The accounting module, synchronised with invoicing, provides real-time financial information. Stock management, coupled with outsourced logistics services, guarantees fast, efficient delivery to their customers, as well as live visibility of outsourced stock. 


Today, the entire NIETS team is active on Odoo and can count on the support of TSC in case of need!
